Tim brings over 25 years of expansive architect experience to the team as a design lead, client consultant and construction administrator. Serving a variety of high-profile clients in the healthcare, tech, corporate and financial services markets, Tim has mastered the ability of project management with a high level of communication skills, turning problem-solving into an art form! We are charmed by his charisma and calm nature and think our clients will find him a pleasure to work with.  As an adjunct professor for environmental systems for 10 years at Wentworth Institute of Technology, he is committed to sustainable design and environmental conservation.

Emma Pina

Emma is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of TRIA. She leads coordination and integration of efforts among architects, designers, and planners , as well as business development,  to produce smooth workflow and cost-effective business processes.  As the life sciences market continues to grow, Emma is facilitating TRIA’s growth, while ensuring that company standards, guidelines and processes are efficient.  With her in-depth AEC experience with real estate site selections,  brokerage, workplace strategy, market research, project management,  as well as operational strategies and growth, she  owns a thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.

She speaks 4 languages, loves her 2 cats, Annakin and Vader, and enjoys playing molkky and petanque.

Edwin Hargrave

Ed has over 30 years of diverse architectural design experience in research/educational science buildings, as well as in a variety of other biotechnology and science related facilities. As a science and technology planner, he has led numerous multi-million ground up science facilities from programming through construction to successful completion. He is well versed in the rigorous process that technically complex projects require at all levels and phases of design and construction. His experience in programming, lab planning, and design affords him the leadership required to ensure fulfillment of project goals in all phases.
