Learn more about the TRIA team. We enjoy discovering talent from all corners of the earth. We come from many different countries, states, disciplines, and cultures.
Each term, we hire emerging talent from local schools for unique hands-on experience in live projects with our teams and clients. Occasionally we look for business and marketing interns with no architectural or design experience who are exploring the field of A/C/E.

Professional Development and Education
Investing in our employee’s education ensures our staff’s competitive edge. We believe people learn in different ways, and therefore development takes many forms, including on the job experience, structured development plans, exposure to new technologies, learning from peers, self-study, formal courses & education, reading, activities with professional bodies, coaching, e-learning, etc. Because of our commitment and our employee’s responsibility to stay current for job requirements, we offer tuition reimbursement for eligible programs or classes. Professional Membership and Subscriptions
TRIA supports professional memberships and subscription costs through the form of reimbursement. This may include AIA, BSA, IIDA for example.
TRIA encourages all employees who are eligible to become licensed or certified in their respective areas of concentration, and we are committed to supporting employees as they pursue these professional milestones through team study groups and mentorship. TRIA also offers additional paid time off in support of employees studying for and taking examinations.
