Professional Development and Education

Investing in our employee’s education ensures our staff’s competitive edge. We believe people learn in different ways, and therefore development takes many forms, including on the job experience, structured development plans, exposure to new technologies, learning from peers, self-study, formal courses & education, reading, activities with professional bodies, coaching, e-learning, etc. Because of our commitment and our employee’s responsibility to stay current for job requirements, we offer tuition reimbursement for eligible programs or classes. Professional Membership and Subscriptions

TRIA supports professional memberships and subscription costs through the form of reimbursement. This may include AIA, BSA, IIDA for example.

Professional Licensure
