Luis arrived at TRIA with 6 years of professional work experience in his native country, Dominican Republic.
Since he was a teen, Luis would frequently visit the Boston area. It was here that he first became fascinated with the historic and modern buildings. He began studying architecture but took a quick detour as he was presented with an opportunity to create graphic communications, developing brand identity and design for the retail and food industries. He loved creating unique branding as a form of storytelling; his visits to Boston, however, reminded him that his true passion was architecture. Equipped with the new skill and passion of storytelling through brand identity, he realized he could continue his storytelling through the narrative of architecture.
TRIA is his first U.S. stop, and we’ve been graced by his technical design talents and graphic communication edge as he produces beautiful renderings. Luis has been a Boy Scout member since 2009 and at home served as a volunteer at a nursing home and fire station as well as assisted with reforestation efforts.
