Originally spread out over multiple sites in Lexington, TRIA worked to consolidate the company to 4 floors at 125 Binney Street, Cambridge, located in the biotech capital of the world. TRIA worked in phases to plan and construct the 175,000 SF state of the art lab and office space, including executive offices, a medium sized vivarium, and a conference center large enough to host the entire company campus. The consolidation and integration of the space continued by pursuing transparency between lab and office, allowing employees to move seamlessly between all elements of their job.
