BOSTON, MA (JULY 23, 2025) – TRIA, an award winning multi-disciplinary architecture firm celebrated for its client-centric, holistic design solutions, proudly announces the appointment of Haril Pandya, FAIA as Senior Principal. A nationally recognized leader in architecture and urban transformation, Pandya joins TRIA to help drive the firm’s strategic growth into emerging market sectors and further strengthen its commitment to design excellence.
With more than 30 years of design leadership and industry experience, Pandya has cultivated a distinguished career working with building owners, developers, brokers, and tenants to deliver transformative design across a wide array of project types. His extensive portfolio spans adaptive reuse, building repositioning, multifamily residential, office/workplace, master planning, retail, and hospitality, making him uniquely positioned to support TRIA’s next phase of expansion.

Prior to joining TRIA, Pandya served as Senior Vice President and Principal at a highly regarded national design firm, where he led national practice growth and oversaw the firm’s Boston office. He previously spent 16 years as a Principal at one of Boston’s largest design and planning firms, where he led one of the city’s most successful adaptive reuse and repositioning practices. Along with his extensive work in mixed-use, multifamily, workplace, and retail/hospitality project types, his visionary work has contributed to the transformation of over 75 office buildings across Boston and nationwide, reshaping urban environments through innovation and purposeful design.
Pandya earned dual degrees—a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science—from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In 2015, he gave his first TEDx talk on the generational impact in the workplace called, the “Death of the Corner Office.” He is a master certified executive coach and life coach and has several multi-faceted creative passions that include filmmaking, cooking, painting, cycling, and lead guitarist/vocalist for a renowned Boston cover band.
