TRIA is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of experience for its Boston office. This candidate should be a self-motivated individual who will drive the internal TRIA team, design process, client, consultants, schedule and budget to a successful project completion. Candidate is expected to work with senior leadership/Principals on all levels of project and team performance including employee staffing, project financial tracking and timesheet reviews. Candidate must have natural leadership and mentoring qualities to nurture junior staff.
- Professional Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree or Master of Architecture (MArch) OR
- Bachelor of Science in Interior Design or Master of Interior Design
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates)
- Licensed Architect or Interior Designer preferred (MA preferred or NCARB/NCIDQ certification)
- Revit preferred
- Newforma preferred
- Deltek preferred
- MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, MS Project
- 15+ years in related position
- Willingness and ability to travel locally
