This LEED Gold-certified cGMP facility was designed with optimal distribution function in mind as well as consideration for department interconnectedness. New department adjacencies were developed by utilizing a value stream analysis. The updated design was presented to the team through a series of visual aids including process flow diagrams and 3D models. The final design resulted in an overall leaner, more efficient manufacturing process for the client.
