The redesign of this private biotechnology client’s corporate headquarters involved a building overhaul to create consistency of branding throughout. The project scope included a re-design of building core and shell along with a build-out of interior labs, offices, and amenity spaces. The design intent was to deliver a strong presence while also connecting to an existing tenant building. Pedestrian bridges allow end-users to easily move across the growing campus, while meeting spaces encourage collaboration.
Sherwood Butler was Managing Principal of this project at Perkins+Will where this project was completed.
