This LEED Gold certified cGMP facility was designed with not only optimal distribution function in mind but also with consideration of department interconnectedness.

These new department adjacencies were developed by utilizing a value stream analysis. The updated design was presented to the team through a series of visual aids, such as process flow diagrams and 3D models.

The final design resulted in an overall leaner, efficient manufacturing process for the client.

Entegris

This renovation was for an 80,000 SF high-tech manufacturing and R&D facility for filtration media technologies and proprietary, innovative low-temperature coating technologies. The design was focused on a circular track like corridor, with open office and collaboration areas. The build out also included approximately 6,000 SF of clean rooms, along with an advanced manufacturing facility.

The team took careful consideration of furniture, finishes, and colors that were chosen for the space, as the client had pre-established standards.
