Architect/Architect Intern Level II

TRIA is seeking an Architect/Architect Intern with 5 – 10 years’ experience. The applicant must demonstrate excellence in design and communications (both verbal and graphic) and have experience working with and delivering all phases of a project to consultants. Applicant must be fluent in REVIT and CAD.
Candidate will be responsible for assisting all project team members from schematic design through construction administration. Essential responsibilities for the position include design assistance, design development and construction documents development, construction administration, consultant coordination, assistance with specification development, and building code documentation.
Additional responsibilities include supporting the pursuit of new business through assistance with the preparation of proposal/interview materials and participation in project interviews, assisting in office-wide Quality Control initiatives, and providing technical support in the development of project documentation.
- 5+ years in a related position
- Proficient in programs including Revit v. 2015, AutoCAD v. 2015 or above, Navis Works, Newforma, 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates)
- Licensed Architect preferred (MA preferred or NCARB certification)
- LEED AP & Specialty encouraged
